Step one
To start off, we conduct a meeting to discuss what your business is about, where it currently stands in terms of technology, and the areas in which it can benefit from new technology.
This step is completely free, and there’s no risk involved. Contact us to discuss your options—you don’t have to move on if you’re not satisfied!
Step two
After our consultation, we will send you a document called a proposal. This will detail the actions we will take, and include the estimated time till completion, the associated costs, and the payment plan. If you’re happy with it, we can move on to the next step, and otherwise you can discuss further so that we can come to a consensus on how we can best serve you.
Step three
The proposal will quote an upfront payment amount (a percentage of the total amount) that you must pay before you can receive any service.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to negotiate a contract with no downpayment, instead only paying once you see results. Ask about this in our consultation if you’re interested.
Step four
Once you make the downpayment, we will start working on the project according to the proposal. During this time, we’ll keep in touch with you so that you’re updated on the progress, and also to ensure that the project is going ahead the way you expect and want.
During this stage, you may be asked to make further payments at certain milestones. This depends on the size of your project, your past history with us, and other relevant factors, and will be specified in the proposal.
Step five
Once the project is complete, it’ll be officially delivered to you. At this point, you can review it and make sure you’re satisfied with it. You’ll also make the final payment at this stage.
Step six
Your experience doesn’t just end the moment your project is complete. Technology changes, and the most efficient solution of today might not be the most efficient solution of tomorrow. You can have regular consultations with us after the project is completed where we discuss how we can further help your business succeed with technology.
